'Dit is geen 4-sterren waard. De kamers waren oud en muf. De badkamers heel erg toe aan onderhoud. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en bevestigde een beetje wat wij ervaarden, maar konden tegelijkertijd niets doen. Volgende keer kiezen wij voor een ander hotel.'

'Great hotel in the heart of Cupertino. Conveniently located by a major crossroad with access to lots of food and shopping options nearby. Note, hotel itself has limited options but they are not all that bad. Minutes to Apple, 15-20 mins to major tech companies. The Westfield mall is not too far, along with Santana Row if you are the mood for shopping. The room was spacious, clean and has excellent housekeeping staff. Front desk is attentive and helpful. They have a nook that sells packaged...

'Overall a good stay. We mainly came down for work so didn't spend much time in the hotel/room. But from what we could, the room, sheets, and bathroom were clean. Our hair dryer broke and we went down to the lobby to get a replacement and they immediately gave us a new one to use, so the service was attentive. Very close to the airport and walkable to BART and Caltrain. A couple small things that I would change is the lighting inside the room, it was pretty dark and hard to see inside when it got...
