« We can hear next door rental, especially from the bedroom where we can here water running from the shower and guests would take multiple night showers which wake us up during our sleep. 😞 Kitchen and living room were fine. Air conditioning was quiet. Very well situated near highways but not too close to hear the noise. Quiet surrounding. »

« Our stay was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We spent the first day in Monterey Bay whale watching, then checked into the house and went to Roaring Camp the next day, and spent a day in Santa Cruz. great trip. »

« NIGHTMARE. Host was grumpy since Day 1. After the Host waited to inform me the unit was ready just 5 minutes before check-in time, I drove to the unit and upon arrival, the place looked like a DUMP. Garage door was wide open and COMPLETELY FULL of junk as well as the yard, I thought I was in a homeless area. Rental unit looked VERY OLD and run down and once inside, you could hear people walking and talking above you. Unit was DIRTY inside and LOUD. Wi-Fi service was PATHETIC at 15mbps. ...

« The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own. »

« It was absolutely perfect! We were excited to discover every room was tastefully decorated for Christmas, including a full size tree in the living room. It's such a cozy, inviting space already so the added warmth of the holiday decor and twinkly lights just knocked it out of the park. It was supposed to be a one-time stay but we're already discussing turning it into an annual trip because it was such a romantic and relaxing experience. « Our stay was a short one while we were visiting our daughter who lives less than a mile away. We spent most of our time at our daughter’s house and really only slept at this property. It was very clean and well-stocked in a great neighborhood and within walking distance of a number of great eateries and small shops. »
