This charming 42m² studio in Porto offers a cosy and welcoming retreat, perfect for guests looking for comfort and convenience during their stay. Located on the lower ground floor, the apartment is accessible via stairs.

This studio is designed with open living and kitchen areas. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave.

The sleeping area is located on a mezzanine level and accessible by stairs, and includes a queen-sized bed made up with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A notable nearby landmark is the Igreja da Lapa, a historic church renowned for its architectural beauty and religious significance. This area is well-connected, with the Lapa Metro Station providing easy access to other parts of the city.

For dining, the vicinity boasts several restaurants catering to diverse tastes. Options range from traditional Portuguese eateries to contemporary dining establishments, ensuring a rich culinary experience.

Additionally, the area is close to various attractions, including the Porto Cathedral and the historic city centre, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the city's rich heritage.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Lapa, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
