The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The building also features a gym, making it easy for guests to stay active and fit during their visit.

Additionally, the property offers private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests travelling with their vehicle.

The property is nestled in the vibrant heart of Porto, Portugal, offering an exceptional location to experience the city’s iconic landmarks, rich culture, and culinary delights. Just steps away, you’ll find Praça da Liberdade, a lively central square that serves as a gateway to Porto’s most renowned attractions. Nearby, the grand Avenida dos Aliados impresses visitors with its stunning architecture and bustling energy, while the historic Mercado do Bolhão provides an authentic taste of local life with its vibrant market stalls and fresh produce.

For literary and architectural enthusiasts, Livraria Lello, widely regarded as one of the world’s most beautiful bookstores, is within walking distance. Similarly, the iconic Clérigos Tower, with its breathtaking panoramic views, is a short stroll away, offering visitors a chance to admire Porto from above.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
