All living is on one floor. The building has an elevator and we are also right at the top of the first flight of stairs from the covered parking. Soak up the sun on the beach or enjoy many activities from fishing to horseback riding to kayaking. Our beach is large, flat and quiet. Gather some driftwood and have a beach bonfire. This is old Florida! Enjoy time by the pool or in the hot tub for a break. This is our home away from home so it is well stocked and comfortable.
