  • Enjoy this spectacular Gulf Front property with amazing ocean views. Open living space with huge kitchen and breakfast bar. The master has a King bed, master bath has a walk in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has a twin over full bunk. There are tv's in all the bedrooms. The leather sectional in the family room has room for everyone to sit comfortably with a smart tv and high speed internet to stream your favorites. Enjoy your morning coffee from the spacious deck overlooking the water or have dinner enjoying the Gulf of Mexico. Bistro height chairs let you enjoy the view above the balcony railing.
    All living is on one floor. The building has an elevator and we are also right at the top of the first flight of stairs from the covered parking. Soak up the sun on the beach or enjoy many activities from fishing to horseback riding to kayaking. Our beach is large, flat and quiet. Gather some driftwood and have a beach bonfire. This is old Florida! Enjoy time by the pool or in the hot tub for a break. This is our home away from home so it is well stocked and comfortable. There is covered parking under the building and a lot for your boat or trailer. There is also a locked storage closet to store all your gear! Come share our slice of heaven! Rate includes Florida tax.

Loved our time here we wanted to relax in a place that wasn’t so commercialized and this is it. Our condo was nice and just as described. Only down side was the water was really murky, and and sargassum/seaweed everywhere of course that’s Mother Nature no one can control that.So still great trip!

A great condo with a nice beach.

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

It looked beautiful, but when we walked in, it smelled like dirty animals. The de k was really run down and the furniture was broken. The area around, pool, elevator, hottub, were really run down.

This was our second time staying at this property, so that in and of itself tells you something! The owner is easy to communicate with and obviously pays attention to detail. The peace and tranquility of this property is unequaled. Very comfortable.

Family Oasis

Our family of 5 enjoyed an amazing week here. The condo was easy to access, and exceptionally clean. We loved having access to the storage closet for all of our beach gear, the walk to the beach was easy, and the beach was never crowded. The kids enjoyed a pool a few times, but we spent most of our time at the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you would need to prepare a meal. There were lots of games in the cabinets as well. This was our first visit to the Cape, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing place to stay for the week.

Completely Wonderful

Everything stated in reviews is accurate! All good! Tammy is professional and prompt in communication. We had a great week here! The condo has everything you need for cooking in. The beach is amazing! And we loved the HUGE sofa! We have two boys and they both are 6’3” and we all fit! Of course we loved sitting out on the porch at night with all the beautiful stars lighting up the sky! Can’t say enough about how great this place is! Completely Wonderful!

Wonderful in every way!

This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!

Spring break

The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax. They also compact the sand and make the beach hard as a rock and dirty. We had to keep getting the kids out of the way of the trucks. Not a relaxing location simply because of this. Had I known the beach itself was a roadway, I would’ve booked further out on the cape where there’s no traffic on the sand.

Lovely Rain or Shine

Just a short walk through the dunes to a quiet beach. The kitchen was big and well stocked with the little things for all sorts of cooking. Overall great trip for reuniting with our family.
