The house features three inviting living areas, each offering its own charm and purpose. Gather for movie nights in the cosy lounge, curl up with a book in the tranquil second living room, or bask in the natural light of the sunroom overlooking the reserve. The sunroom’s combustion heater creates the perfect winter retreat—watch the rain fall outside while you stay warm and relaxed. With so much space to spread out, there’s plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy time together.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals—whether it’s a leisurely breakfast or a family dinner—while the adjoining dining area offers a welcoming space to gather and enjoy meals together. Step outside to the private garden, where you can fire up the BBQ, savour your morning coffee, or simply relax as the kids play and you unwind in the fresh air.

Three inviting bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two bedrooms feature a queen bed and charming period details, including a decorative fireplace in the primary, while the third bedroom is perfect for children or groups, with two sets of bunk beds. The two bathrooms provide comfort and convenience for all. One retains its original character, while the other has been tastefully updated—striking a beautiful balance between the bungalow’s timeless charm and modern comforts.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
