'I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.'

'Stayed for my daughter’s birthday. The balloons were in the room when we arrived as expected. She was later brought a mini happy birthday cake that was delivered to the room. We also had an amazing spa day the next day. The hotel staff and spa staff were all professional and courteous. My husband and I also stay at this property about twice a year, and has remained one of our favorites.'

'The property is an old bank which I love history and anything antique. The staff was friendly and made suggestions for local outings. There is an old money vault downstairs. Breakfast was good and the location was close to restaurants and shopping. However I did not like the view of the 11th floor. It gave me jailhouse vibes as the windows are small and the outside is not viewable. Overall the stay was great.'

'This property is PERFECT for people going on a cruise. You can see the ship from the hotel. If needed, it’s a 5 minute walk to the port. The hotel is like new and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a few times and will use it in the future. It’s also a convenient walk to restaurants and a grocery store.'
