Located directly on an access road in the sought-after Tidelands subdivision, Salty Waves is a 1730 square foot beauty that is only seconds away from the beach, and just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and night life.



This tastefully decorated home with beachy touches and shiplap accents has all the amenities you need - comfortable furnishings, washer/dryer, games for the kids, Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and high speed internet. The well-appointed kitchen offers a dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and plenty of cookware and utensils to make your favorite meals. There is room for indoor dining at the 5-seat island and separate dining table, or move out to the deck for dinner al fresco with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.



Salty Waves sleeps 12 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed, futon and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has one queen bed. The final bedroom is a bunkroom great for kids or adults, with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, plus a twin trundle bed.



While the upstairs deck boasts wonderful views and seating, the downstairs patio area has plenty of amenities to offer as well! In addition to ample parking for all your guests, there's a picnic table -perfect for serving and eating meals prepared on the charcoal grill. It also features an outdoor shower where you can rinse away the sand. We know you will love your stay at Salty Waves; it's a great place for a vacation getaway!



Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with additional pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. Linens are available upon request for an additional fee.
