West View

Upon arrival we were refused a room despite our confirmed reservation. They tried to move us to a lower quality sister hotel but we did not accept that. According to local people they pull this trick all the time as the underlying company OnVacation manages several properties on the island. Our impression of the location and facilities was positive, but because of the whole situation I cannot give them any credit for that in this review. It turned out that they already knew for a week that they wouldn't give us a room and instead sell all the rooms to a group.

Great Property but a little over Priced for what’s offered. I paid $2,650 for 4 nights I was expecting quite a bit more. Rooms were very clean but outdated. The Staff was amazing, they were kind, very helpful and Didn’t mind going over and beyond to help. The food provided in Hotel was maybe a 6 out of 10. The Location is good but not the Beach front property shown when advertised Online. Overall me and my Family had a Great time. If I returned I’d probably stay some place else if it came down to Price!!!
