We invite you to our 63m² non smoking apartment in a sunny south facing position. It was renovated in 2018. Here are three people and a toddler place to rest! The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right on the edge of the forest. You have a carport right outside the front door available. Further parking facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. The nearby cycle path can be reached in just one minute on foot.

Our apartment has a bedroom with double bed and free travel cot. The bed linen is included.
The living room is equipped with a new LED TV and Blu Ray player and a spacious couch with sleep function (here could also find two children to sleep, couch surface 1.30 mx 2.00 m).
The new kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer below, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. A small stock of dishwasher tablets, salt, sugar and pepper is ready for you. A highchair is also available for free.
The bathroom has a shower, a towel radiator and a hairdryer. Towels are also included.
Furthermore, there is a large storage room, which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse and clothespins and detergent, to the apartment. This is also usable as a storage room for bicycles.

The entire apartment is equipped with central underfloor heating. In summer, the 16m ² large terrace invites you to cozy barbecues. A barbecue as well as a parasol, garden chairs, table and deck chairs are available.
A small selection of children's toys is also available. Also a selection of books and board games, if the weather does not play along!
