The terrace has a particular view that includes the local airport of Playa del Carmen used for small planes, which can be fun to watch take flight.

This brand new condo is located in the downtown area of Playa del Carmen, a few steps from the local airport, supermarkets, restaurants, and commercial stores. Zulim condos has a modern design with an elevator overlooking a vertical garden. There are many museums nearby, and the beach is within easy walking distance.
