'Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. '

'The place is extremely run down & was not very detailed clean (lots of dirt behind the furniture or around the table lamps for example). Feels like an old person lived here originally & then moved out but the family decided to convert it to a VRBO w/out getting rid of anything nor updating anything. The couch is way too soft w/no support in the cushions. The bed & pillows are extra firm. So both my husband & I had a lot of body pain from the couch, bed & pillows. The kitchen has minimal supplies...

'We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....

'Nous avons grandement apprécié la localisation du studio, nous permettant de découvrir Annecy et les environs facilement. Le logement était joliment décoré et chaleureux, toutefois celui-ci manquait de propreté ce que nous avons trouvé vraiment dommage.'
