« It was my first time at this hotel. I stayed at Versace the last time and wanted to give this one a try. Both hotels are top-tier hotels while the vibe is different on each. In terms of service, I think Karl Lagerfeld wins. Love the attentive and professional service provided by the staff at front desk, bell service, housekeeping, and the new butler service is superior.
