'The hotel is beautiful, the beds were super comfortable, we had 2 rooms and brought our dog. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, hotel is only a few blocks away from the main plaza/zocalo. We can’t wait to be back. 'This place is such a gem, is only blocks away from the historic downtown, restaurants, and bars. We didn't try the breakfast however we did have coffee in the rooftop, which is absolutely adorable. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and mostly quiet. '

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
