'We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...

'Very clean and perfectly located. Really appreciate that dogs are allowed regardless of the weight as long as they are well behaved. Very responsive host and beautiful view of the beach. 'The unit itself was very clean. Bed very comfy!! Kitchen well stocked with the essential appliances & utensils. Hall/Stairs carpets could have been cleaner. We did get our steps in! If you are not able to do steps the Bell Tower is not for you. The private Roof top sun deck to this unit was a nice surprise & had two comfy sun loungers, umbrella , small dine table & two chairs.
