'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'Excellent hotel! Beautiful grounds, delicious food, and very courteous and helpful staff. One thing to know is that the parking lot for the hotel is a few minutes walk from the reception, so leave your bags in the car and enjoy a lovely stroll. Staff will use a golf cart to get your bags after you check in. '
