'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'This is a lovely hotel in the upmarket Zona Rosa area of San Salvador. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is free water from a cooler in the lobby. The included breakfast is good. Easy to reach the city centre by bus ($0.31) or by Uber (around $5).'

'Very friendly and hospitable staff with excellent attention to detail. No elevator for this two floor hotel but both security and hotel staffed assisted with our luggage to and from the room during both check in and check out process. Breakfast was delicious and parking was always reserved for us. Rooms were cleaned upon request and beds were comfortable. AC was strong and Smart TV has cable. Finally hotel restaurant closes at 11 PM with many restaurant choices close to the hotel. We traveled...
