Montagne de Charme Chalet avec beaucoup de mises à niveau et confidentialité

La cabane 1, appelĂ©e «Bear Ridge View», est situĂ©e sur un terrain privĂ© de 64 acres au sommet de Mine Mountain, Ă  environ dix minutes de l’entrĂ©e de la forĂȘt de Pisgah. La cabine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© et contient deux chambres (1 King & 1 Queen), 2 salles de bains, et une cuisine moderne avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. Il dispose Ă©galement d'ponts extĂ©rieurs gĂ©nĂ©reux avec un espace extĂ©rieur de l'alimentation, Internet sans fil, Direct TV, un lecteur DVD et une bibliothĂšque, une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, et un gril Ă  gaz. Vous pourrez profiter de la solitude de la rĂ©gion tout bascule sur le porche arriĂšre couverte nouvellement construit. Ce porche qui donne sur Pisgah Forest, dispose de nombreux siĂšges pour les grands groupes, ainsi que d'un ventilateur de plafond et l'Ă©clairage variable pour garantir un confort toute l'annĂ©e. Ours Ridge View, avec ses boiseries en pin noueux et un dĂ©cor charmant avec un mĂ©lange d'antiquitĂ©s uniques et des morceaux plus rĂ©cents, est une cabine idĂ©al pour les couples ou les petites familles.

La cabine de l'efficacitĂ©, connu sous le nom "Moonshine Shack", est situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de cette cabine et dispose d'une grande piĂšce principale, y compris une kitchenette et de sommeil, ainsi qu'une salle de bain et un porche couvert. Cette cabine a obtenu son nom en raison du fait qu'il a Ă©tĂ© le site d'une opĂ©ration de moonshine gĂ©rĂ© par le propriĂ©taire avant. La cabane Moonshine peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e moyennant des frais supplĂ©mentaires de 50 $ / nt, plus des frais de nettoyage de 25 $, afin de fournir des dortoirs supplĂ©mentaires aux occupants de Bear Ridge.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

Loved staying in this cabin nestled in the trees! Loved the rustic feel, but with all the modern conveniences. Very close to downtown Brevard, the college and outdoor activities. Will recommend this place to stay!

Great stay

Cabin was as described. We were out most of the time so didn’t use most of the amenities. There is another smaller “cabin” on the property so if that bothers you there’s that. Not sure if that’s available to stay at as well or not. We didn’t have anyone else on the property. Great place to stay while in Brevard!

Mountain Getaway

This is the 6th time we have stayed at this property, and its always been great. The drive up the mountain (and down) may seem long, but its worth it! 360degree decks, peace and quite, and a beautiful space. Easy drive into Brevard or Asheville or Hendersonville, and very convenient to great hiking and waterfalls. We alternate between dining out and cooking in. Sipping some coffee on the back porch as the sun comes up is perfection. (If you like to get up early, that may just be me!)

Extended get away

The house is great. Beds are very comfortable. The house is very well appointed. Easy access to hiking trails. Our dog is welcome, which is a plus. They supply enough firewood for a week. My only complaint is we don't want to leave.Communication with the property manager is easy. Always available to help.

Just what we needed

The cabin was exactly what we expected and more. Everything we needed was there. the beds were super super comfortable. We were close to Brevard, which was nice and convenient. We loved having an awesome fire every night. And especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning in blankets. We do plan on coming back.

Great Location, Great Place

This is our 3rd time staying at this home, it is a very nice home and we love the location. The house needs some updating, handles on chest of drawers are broken (for all 3 stays), the hutch in dining room is broken, the entertainment stand is broken. The kitchen is not well stocked, I would like to have a few more large pots to cook sauce as well as pasta at the same time and they are in need of Tupperware. We do really love this place, I just wish they would update a little.

Comfortable house, all you need to relax

This property is very clean, with lots of extras as far as quality of decor and comfort. It is located in an area that has many things to do within a short drive. At the end of the day you will relax on the beautiful deck, rain or shine. There’s a wrap-around covered porch on all sides. Would definitely recommend!

anniversary trip

This cabin is amazing. We had the best time. We hiked up in the Parkway, walked around downtown Brevard, hiked Dupont and visited some breweries. We spent evenings and mornings on the very spacious porch-listening and watching all the birds.We enjoyed the peace and quiet!!! This cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was just so relaxing.I can't say enough good things about this cabin. We had all meals and morning coffee on porch just because it was like Heaven on the porch. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!!!!

Cabin in the trees

A relatively short, steep and winding drive from the highway up to the beautiful, comfortable cabin in the trees on top of a mountain, not far from towns, Bear Ridge was the perfect spot for my husband and I! We loved sitting on the wraparound porch being serenaded by the birds as we celebrated Mother’s Day and our anniversary. It was a great base for exploring the National Parks, Pisgah and DuPont Forests, and trails and waterfalls of Transylvania County and beyond! Great restaurants and local breweries, white squirrels and lovely shops and galleries, etc., in Pisgah Forest and Brevard. The cabin is well stocked, comfortable, safe (deadbolts and bear proof trash can), and there’s plenty of space inside and out to enjoy. I hope we get the chance to come back!

Cozy Cabin off the beaten path

We stayed at the cabin for 3 days with our adult children to attend a wedding and explore the DuPont and Pisgah Forest. The cabin was very clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals, including a few spices, cooking oil, sugar and honey for coffee, which was an unexpected surprise! The expansive wrap around porch was lovely with peaceful, serene views of the Pisgah Forest, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the mornings. This cabin is quite secluded in the forest and a long drive (about 3mi) up a steep mountain, and ends with a trek up a gravel road that leads to the cabin. We were surprised by how hair-raising the drive was up the mountain (full transparency we are from Florida where everything is flat!) and would not advise arriving for check-in at night as the roads are very dark and the gravel road to the cabin is easy to miss It was a bit inconvenient traveling up and down the mountain to get to the town; however, If you want to escape to the forest and don’t mind the drive up and down the mountain to get to amenities, then this is the place for you. We hiked the trails around Hooker, Triple and High Falls and visited Looking Glass falls. We also visited the cute town of Brevard, where we ate at several good restaurants. Overall, we had a great trip, but the take-a-way for us is that we would prefer a cabin that’s not quite as secluded as this one. All said, it’s beautiful mountain cabin!

Retreat from the real world

Such a well maintained cabin off the beaten path. Clean with elegant views and the feeling of being off grid. Has its own little seperate guest house. Enjoy the real wood burning fireplace or the huge outside deck. Just a fantastic place to relax. Plus short drives to parks, waterfalls and majestic little towns like Brevard. This is a 5 star stay!

Terrific home!

This home was just what we needed. Close to town but offering a peaceful respite from the everyday. Spent hours enjoying the view from the deck. Snuggled by the fire at night. Kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Hope to return again soon.
