This family run Farm is offered to you by our entire Servis Family!
We are Bucks County Natives, fondly promoting everything Bucks and it's natural beauty and small business owners have to offer!
Walk our acreage -we've set up stations around the property that identify the abundant tree and bird species, even providing a QR with bird calls so you can listen for them during your stay. You will see the Red-Tailed Hawk for sure, and maybe a Bald Eagle seen on the semi-regular!
The property is ever evolving with plans to add more animals. Currently there are a bunch of chickens, 3 black angus and a few sheep in the 3 acre pasture. Sit out back at the firepit under string lights, frisbee golf, darts, Axe Throwing, swings for the kids and other yard games. Just please enjoy all that nature has to offer! :)
In Spring and Summer months, enjoy seeing the beautiful plants, flowers and birdlife in full effect! Our family will harvest vegetables and herbs planted in the gardens and greenhouse that we are happy to share with you, and welcome you to join us in feeding the farm animals daily if you like. Fresh eggs are always available, what you collect, you keep!

THE HOUSE:
* 2 story Log Cabin houses all indoor living spaces
* Large Dining room w 12' dining table seats14, has a Wine refrigerator and bar area.
* Full kitchen with large island that seats 3. Stainless high end appliances include
Gas Stove with double convection ovens & 5 burners, oversize refrigerator,
dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything
one needs to prepare and serve meals.
* Informal dining area has seating for 6, and a rolling cart used for bar setup
* Living Room has vaulted beamed ceilings, Stone fireplace (real wood), a
window box, seating for 9, sliders to wrap around porch and all day sunshine.
* Full Gym includes Exercise Bike, treadmill, free-weight 5-80lbs, workout bands,
workout ball, yoga mats & huge Smart Tv
* The Wrangler's Lounge has been designed to bring out your inner cowboy~
Wood burning stove, Books, leather and Americana. The perfect place to sip
your drink of choice and reflect or read a book

THE BEDROOMS:
*Bedroom 1- King Bed, bureau, 2 double door closets, smart tv, room darkening
blinds, access to downstairs bathroom
*Bedroom 2- King Bed, bureau, hanging hooks, smart tv, split barn door access
to wrap around porch.
*Bedroom 3- Upstairs, Queen bed, twin bed, bureau, closet, smart tv, sunlight,
room darkening shades.
*Bedroom 4- upstairs, Queen bed, Twin bunk bed (upper bed 130lb max),
bureau, closet, smart tv room darkening shades
THE BATHROOMS:
*Downstairs full bath- Glass step in shower, single sink/vanity- access
from hallway or bedroom 1
*Upstairs full bath- Shower/tub combo, large vanity, single sink. Between
bedrooms 3&4
THE PROPERTY:
*3 stall barn houses our farm animals and is surrounded
by 3 acres of fenced pasture and electric fence
* Firepit area w 6 adirondack chair under string lighting.
* Yard area includes Dart Board, Axe Throwing,
Archery, Losso, frisbee golf, darts and swings for the kiddo's
* 8 acres of Preserved land includes a cleared walking path to the stream
running thru the property.
* **If you intend to have a gathering during your stay, please REACH OUT BEFORE BOOKING. Gatherings REQUIRE advanced discussion and permission from the owners due to township regulations.

** The Detached Garage is ONLY available for guest use with advanced approval and added cost** We've converted an old garage into a great spot for indoor- outdoor dinners, and more. With heat and air conditioning, tables and seating for 40+, its been a great spot for special occasions. Please ask Amy for more information and requirements if you would like to use it during your stay! :-)
