'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '

You can buy a faster connection for $10 per day which is not of this time. Shower although it looks fantastic is bad. No water pressure, had to wait at least 10 minutes for the shower to get warm. Did give the reception a notification with no result. Staff depending on who you helped. Overall ok but with some bad exceptions. One day I had to...

'Our stay was absolutely wonderful at the Lord Elgin in downtown Ottawa. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, very clean. Bar has excellent cocktails. But the best part for me is the valley parking. You have to pay extra for it, but it’s well worth every penny especially during the winter months. Looking forward to going back.'
