Just 3 minutes from Dollywood, our family-friendly vacation duplex combines Addie's Abode and Riley's Retreat, two side-by-side cabins rented together. It's a wonderful setup for extended families, multigenerational vacations, and two families who want to travel together without sharing every single space.



Each cabin has its own entrance, living room, fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, private hot tub, and outdoor sitting area. Your reservation includes **both entire cabins exclusively**, so you can enjoy time together while still having a little privacy.



And the location! No steep mountain roads, no winding drives. You're right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, minutes from Dollywood, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions.



Addie's Abode has cheerful Dolly Parton-inspired decor, while Riley's Retreat celebrates the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Both have arcade games, children's book nooks, and comfortable spaces for relaxing after a busy day.

Both cabins have stairs leading to their second-floor bedrooms, but no stairs to enter.



**🍽️ EVERYTHING YOU NEED**

Each cabin has a fully stocked kitchen, dining for eight, and a charcoal BBQ grill. You'll have two separate dining areas, with seating for 16 across the duplex.

We provide bed linens, bath towels, hot tub towels, hair dryers, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Each cabin also has its own washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.

Traveling with little ones? Both cabins have high chairs, baby baths, Pack 'n Plays, children's dinnerware, and cozy book nooks with Magna-Tiles and light tables.

You'll also have heating and air conditioning, fast WiFi, and six Smart TVs for streaming.

One of our favorite things about Pigeon Forge Vacation Duplex is its convenient location. You're just minutes from Dollywood and everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, without having to navigate steep mountain roads.



Old Mountain Market and Pizza at the Cove are both a short walk away. Stop by the market for snacks and drinks, or grab a pizza after a long day exploring. The Philly Cheesesteak pizza is a guest favorite!



Gatlinburg Golf Course is right across the street, and the Bear Cove Falls outdoor pool is just a three-minute walk away. Pool access is seasonal, generally mid-May through mid-September.

**⭐ BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE NOTE:**



🏡 **Two separate cabins:** Your reservation includes exclusive access to both Addie's Abode and Riley's Retreat, including both private hot tubs, kitchens, living rooms, and outdoor sitting areas. Each cabin has its own entrance, and the units are not connected internally.

🏊 **Seasonal pool:** The Bear Cove Falls community outdoor pool is approximately a three-minute walk away and is generally open from mid-May through mid-September.

🚭 **House rules:** No pets, parties, drugs, weapons, or indoor smoking. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests across both cabins at all times.

🤫 **Quiet hours:** 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

📹 **Security:** Exterior security cameras are located at the entry doors of both cabins.

🚙 **Parking:** Each cabin has parking for 2 cars, with additional overflow parking nearby.

💳 **Rental agreement and security deposit:** A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required. The hold is placed two days before check-in and released three days after check-out, assuming no significant, preventable damage. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.

🔑 **Minimum booking age:** The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

🔐 **Guest access:** You'll receive unique front-door access codes for both cabins before arrival. Codes are changed between stays. You'll have exclusive access to both units, except for locked owners' closets.

🐻 **Wildlife:** Wildlife, including bears, may be present. Please don't leave children unattended outdoors, always bag trash and place it in the bear-proof enclosure, and keep car doors locked.
