'It was nice other than its supposed to be a no smoking hotel but got everyone smoking weed and cigarettes and the halls and rooms smelled like it'

'Booked a king bed room and was given double beds instead, talked to the staff about it 4 separate times to different people and nothing was done about it, very unsatisfying experience. Room didn’t have a microwave and the shower in the bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Probably won’t be going back.'

'I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. 'Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk.
