Being our first time it was a real "WOW" moment. Great coffee shop right around the corner. User error, but took the second night to figure out the thermostat (power button is on the top, duh). 'Great location. I loved the Pantheon view! When you close the window, you don’t hear the noise from the square. The bed and pillow were confortable, and the airco worked properly. The room was quite small but efficiently structured and very clean; good for a short stay. It had a safe and a small fridge, and I liked that there were slippers available. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. '

'I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable. '-Zeer centraal gelegen hotel met ruime familiekamer -goede en ruime douche en bed. De slaapbank is vrij dun en met name voor kinderen geschikt, -schone kamer. Kamer kan wat gehorig zijn maar niet storend aangezien na een lange dag lopen je toch vermoeid bent en snel slaapt -prima ontbijt -mooi design dakterras voor cocktails en wat hapjes -vriendelijk personeel -goede restaurants in omgeving -prijs van hotel is aan hoge kant.'

'Really cool room. Very modern design and features. The In-suite sauna was very relaxing. Remote control fireplace and ambient lighting for the shower really created the right ambiance for my fiance and I. The shower was very spacious which was unlike our experiences at other hotels during our stay in Italy. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. Great location as well as we were able to access most things by walking or very short taxi rides. '

'Goed tweepersoonsbed, de overige twee bedden waren aan de kleine kant voor twee pubers. Er was geen ontbijt, daar zijn ze sinds Corona mee gestopt. De regendouche was geweldig en alles is netjes. De mensen zijn vriendelijk maar niet altijd aanwezig. Communicatie via WhatsApp ging prima.'
