« Terrible noise, old shower and towels, very comlicated check-in process and most of all the hidden insurance fee which you are unaware of until you receive the booking confirmation. Then you are told you can't cancel the booking. Will not recommend. »

« Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over...

« Perfect location. Very clean. Check in was easy. The internet was bad. The host was responsive about it, but the set up just isn't working. So plan to use your phone data to work or watch TV. There is no outlet in the bathroom, and the outlets aren't grounded, so be careful plugging things in (we are IT people, so had a tester in our toolbox). Hard to wash the dishes due to the tiny sink. Bed was comfortable. »

« Very close to all the tourists attractions. Love Park is right across the street. The host was very attentive and checked in on us upon arrival and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Everything was great. The apartment complex is a buzz in only entrance which keeps everyone safe. I enjoyed my stay. »

« VERY misleading!! My family and I traveled from MS for the HBCU Swingman Classic game. Along with me was my 6 year old daughter. My god sis and I are both army vets and have been in some pretty tough spaces. This place was compared to one of those tough places. First sight of the neighborhood automatically made us very fearful, nervous, and full of anxiety. I must add that the actual address and location of the house was not provided until payment was complete. A roach greeted us at the door....
