'Great hotel with friendly service and good nice looking restaurant. I was comming in late so they made me a delicious sandwich to avoid going to bed without meal. I received a room with bathroom for disabled people. It would be good to have a squeegee there ;-). Nice parking space but maybe a slow loading station for electric cars would be a nice add-on. Breakfast starts a bit late if you target business people.'

'The Dial House is located right in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, an easy walk to everything. Our room was in the old building and was comfortable. The bath had an attractive large tub, but only a hand-held for a shower. There was plenty of hot water. Parking was plentiful and easy to access. Guests are asked to only enter through the back door of the building to not disturb dining customers. That was a little strange and inconvenient, but not a major concern. We had three concerns. ...

'Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time.'

Prima diner.'

'Had a wonderful stay at The Ebrington Arms. The room was exceptionally and all the staff friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend'

'The hotel was in the ideal location for our purpose. It had its own car park which was convenient. The building looks good from the outside, unfortunately the rooms are out dated and ours was very hot. As it was on the ground floor we did not feel it safe to open the larger windows and the small window did not provide sufficient cooling. We had noisy neighbours both above and next door, this was unlucky and could happen in any hotel.'

'Friendly staff. Nice bar area'

'Prachtige plek, heerlijke kamers, vriendelijke mensen.'

'Great all-round.. only issue as its a pub our room was over the main pub so was noisy until 11pm when everyone left. After that it was great. Great breakfast to. Highly recommend.'
