Les points forts : Propreté

Very clean property drenched with natural light and directly on the beach with private access - this alone made the stay worth it and a contender for future visits. Cons: -The elevator was not functional for guest use. That means we hauled our luggage and groceries up 2-3 flights of stairs, and then back down when it came time to check out. I would not recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues. -The property offers scant amounts of kitchen staples: namely trash bags, dish/laundry soap, paper towels, and seasonings. (This is stated in the reservation details, but is nonetheless inconvenient when traveling via flight where you don’t want to accumulate too much extra baggage or waste money purchasing full-size products)Pros: the view, the location, the cleanliness, and the space. It was a very nice property and very close to restaurants and stores, and only a 40 minute drive to the airport.

The home is beautiful but poorly maintained and dirty throughout. Grandkids couldn’t play on the floor due to filth. A cleaner did come on day 2 to mop. We agreed to mopping only the living room/kitchen area due to napping children. Elevator was broken the entire week. It’s a three story house and the elevator was one of major reasons we rented this property. Hauling cribs, high chairs, etc up the stairs was very inconvenient and unexpected. Slipcovers were very dirty, cabinet door was broken. In general, for the amount of money that we spent for this rental, we are very disappointed and regret choosing this property.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. The construction quality is top notch. They clearly spared no expense when building it. The location is great and the beach is super clean. No complaints about the area or property. Only criticisms we would have would be related to the property management company. Unlike the house, the management company is clearly cutting every corner possible. The house was barely stocked with the minimum basic necessities. Some bathrooms didn't even have soap. No bathroom/shower amenities to speak of. One roll of TP per bathroom. Such an odd choice to skimp on the little things at such an otherwise high end property. I wouldn't let this keep me from staying here again, for the record. Just be prepared to bring every single thing you need with you.
