this home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Unit B622 is beautifully decorated with tropical blues and greens. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining nook has a large table. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

Overall amazing location! Everything went smoothly with check in & stay. Felt comfortable and clean for our week. However the master bedroom needs a new mattress, extremely poor condition.

Great Place - Don’t stay if you have a bad back

Location and amenities were wonderful. The HOA had nice events. The pool amenities were great. The beach location was perfect and love it’s not in a busy area of town like Destin BUT the mattress wouldn’t even be fit for a homeless person. The body dents were a good 5 inches deep. No exaggeration. The headboard was not well attached to the frame and would bang against the blinds while we tossed and turned. If you have a bad back, I would avoid. But we would definitely stay again. Our 6&8 year old loved it and felt safe

Waterscape Stay

Every time we have stayed at Waterscape, it has always been a pleasure. If family friendly is what you are looking for, the is it! Excellent staff, 3 pools, lazy river, 2 hot tubs. The place is always clean and the way they set the beach chairs up at the beach is great. It gives everyone a great view and the beach staff goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Everything was very nice and clean except they need to replace a few things that didn’t work. The outlets on each side of the bed behind the nightstands didn’t work properly and the toaster didn’t work.

This unit has a great view of the pools and a distance view of the ocean. The condo itself needs updated. The mattress must be old - you sink down in it. The dryer is rested out and the living room furniture needs updated and the place painted. The carpet is dirty - should have floor tile down. For what you pay for this place for a week - was not worth it............................

Need updated mattresses

Location was great! We stayed with group of peope and comparing our unit to others allowed us to come to this conclusion. Mattress in the bedroom needs to be replaced it was ridiculous. The pillows were extremely super thin. My Husband and I had to fold King pillow a couple of times to have any support. The bedspread was so old and worn I was guarded as to use it. Our unit did not have a kuerig like the other units. Our pullout sofa mattress was useless. Our kids would have been better sleeping on the floor. Unit was clean and housekeeping replaced hangers the second day we were there. When we came in there were none in closet. Elevators were fast and staff was cordial.
