Nous n’avons jamais reçu le code permettant de récupérer la clef, et sans l’aide d’un client sur place (qui a rencontré le même problème) et qui a pu téléphoner pour nous, nous aurions sans doute couché dehors. Aucune réponse à nos mails, ni de message d’excuse ou autre. Nous ne reviendrons pas. »

« We had a wonderful time here. All the facilities we needed were there: the heating was great and the beds were very comfortable. The only little downside was the cleanliness of some of the pans and crockery - otherwise, this was a fabulous place to stay and we will probably come back. »
