'I booked this property through Expedia as a Platinum member chose it based on it being VIP property, photos and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.
The location in Ortigia is excellent and breakfast was appreciated. However, the room (22) we were assigned was in noticeably poorer condition than expected.
