'Clean room. A little heavy on scent of some kind. Hallways and elevators were too warm. Staff was uber friendly and helped us to get the room booked on Expedia. Not sure about the barn like bathroom doors. Too many gaps and no lock. Room is uber nice. We had a bay view on fifth floor. Had hoped to see the fireworks from bridge blast but building next door blocked it. Bed was ok. Quiet room. Parking was a cluster when first arriving.'

'Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location.'

'The staff were super helpful and nice, also accommodating. The hotel is more like a hostel rather than a boutique. The rooms are very small in comparison to what is advertised on the website (i.e., no closet to hang your clothes and not much space to roam esp., if there are two of you). Shower room is all glass door and it's is literally next to the entrance door, so make sure no one is in the hallway when your partner opens the door. The vent fan was not working in the shower and bathroom so...

'There was no parking available at the Kasa so I paid $70 for parking next to the building which expired at 2am . I then was only able to add 2 more hours and finally at 4 am I was able to add 10 . The fire alarm went off at 12 am so we had to evacuate. When I asked what was going on with the virtual sight I was told I was making to much noise and would be kicked out. Overall a terrible experience!!!!'
