« Un excellent rapport qualitĂ© prix. Hotel trĂšs chic (presque) digne d'un hĂŽtel de luxe. Sauf que la propretĂ© nous a semblĂ© vraiment douteuse. Nous avons mĂȘme retrouvĂ© un biberon sous notre lit, des poils dans la baignoire,...! La femme de mĂ©nage n'Ă©tait peut ĂȘtre pas dans un bon jour! »

« The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room. When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. Again, it was a "1 double bed" room... So we wemt back and they didnt found another room. So they suggested that one of us sleep on the sofa. I m not...

« Probably this hÎtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend. »

« It was ideally suited for my work needs. Clean, comfortable and a well equipped cottage. Visitor information was very informative and so much better than your bog standard tourist information leaflets. Farm walks are a must as the views are amazing. Owners are helpful and friendly. »

« Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare. »
