'The toilets were too low in our room and we had to go to a handycap room to get one of proper height. The beds were not comfortable and we both woke with backaches each night Clothes rack too low for bath robes etc. and nowhere to hang except in tub shower. Tub should be changed to a walk in shower because it is difficult and dangerous for slipping. Toilet seat was loose but they fixed that when we left note. Staff were excellent and really nice and pleasant'

'The staff is AMAZING! The room was clean but dated especially the flooring. There is a strong cigarette smell as you enter the property even when no one is near the front door smoking. The kitchen staff is super gracious and accommodating. This is definitely not my favorite Hampton. They can do a little better.'

'The room was very clean and we had lots of room in the suite that we had reserved. I was very pleased with how well the staff behaved and how accommodating they were for me and my grandchildren. They were responsive and reached out to us by text and we're very willing to give us the little bit of extra help we needed in terms of towels and other things that we used in the room. I would definitely recommend that hotel to anyone traveling with a family.'
