Quiet neighborhood, clean home, great communication with the host, comfortable beds, garage, air conditioning, all the amenities you will need. 3 bedrooms on main level. The remaining beds are in the basement. We had a great stay.

This place had plenty of room for everyone to stay and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals which was nice.

Very nice stay for our family. I had thought the second king bedroom in the basement was its own bedroom but it was open to the rest of the basement family room and bunk area. It didn’t end up being a problem but was less private than I expected.

Best stay ever! Plenty of room for our crew! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and quality bedding! Our host went ABOVE and BEYOND for our family and pets….the Christmas tree was perfection! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place. My son got married at Hidden Orchards, so we wanted a place for some immediate family and friends to stay. It was perfect for the occasion.

This is my first Vrbo experience and it exceeded my expectations. It had beautiful interiors and a wonderful layout for our family. My son was getting married in Silver Fork and we had his groomsmen and our family at the house. The basement layout was perfect for the guys. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware and cleaning products. I had to add 4 people a few days before we came and the host was very accommodating. We got to go downtown to Payson and enjoyed meeting folks. Wonderful neighborhood. A very comfortable place and beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend. Many thanks!

Ideal for a family wedding

We had a daughter's wedding at Hidden Orchards in Santaquin and needed a place for parents, grandpa, and cousins to stay and prepare much of the food. The house is spacious and very well equipped. I did not expect good knives, cutting boards, a citrus juicer, or a clothing steamer, but found all of these and other thoughtful amenities. The efficient air conditioning, separate downstairs bedroom and two additional downstairs sleeping rooms, and spacious garage were extra bonuses in the July heat. The many sleeping options downstairs allowed us to accommodate relatives coming into town for only one or two nights. We had a great family reunion.

Perfect place to stay while our son got married

Communication with the host was simple, quick responses, the home was clean, they even had snacks available. We ended up having more guests than I originally booked for. I communicated with the host and they sent a link to pay the increased cleaning fee and she went to the house before we arrived to put out extra towels. The home is beautifully decorated with a cowboy theme. We stayed here because our son was getting married at the Payson temple, which was a convenient 5 minute drive away. It was ironic, because our son is a cowboy. I didn’t realize that was the decor theme when we booked. Tastefully done and very accommodating.
