Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a sliding door that opens to the balcony and view. The private bath is renovated with a vanity with two sinks, and large walk-in shower with glass enclosure. There are two more bedrooms and two baths. Both baths have a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a Bunk with a single over a double bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa with an extra long double. Other amenities include Keurig Coffee Maker, Secure Internet, Multiple TVs, and Ceiling Fans. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
