'Clean, beautiful house. Great host'

'This is a great house and could easily 5 stars... if it were cleaned and outfitted. The house was dirty... the floors hadn't been vacuumed and we found dried up food and other debris under the bar stools. The refrigerator had spilled food on the shelves and we had to clean those ourselves. All the surfaces inside and outside were obviously dirty, floors hadn't been washed, windows were smudged. While there is a pool that looked OK, the hot tub had a few inches of disgusting moldy green water...

'Great hosts. Made us feel very comfortable during our stay. Very quiet which was what we wanted on our our short vacay away from the Tri-Cities fireworks! If your looking for a quiet and serene getaway, this is the place for you!'

'It's an ADU in the backyard of a larger home. The chickens out front were super cute. I was a little confused at first when locating the unit, but eventually did. Very clean and stylish. '

'Enjoyed our stay at “Sip&Stay”. Clean and comfortable for us and our little dog. TV’s in the living room and the bedrooms, and great fenced backyard with nice grass for pup. Patio is cute too. Super close to many great wineries. The owner is great and responds quickly of questions. One bed did seem to be small for a queen size. Has a full-size stove/oven and dishwasher, washer n dryer. Could use a microwave for reheating coffee, etc but we got by no problem. Overall a great stay, no issues. We’d...
