The first bedroom is a double room equipped with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, and offers direct access to one of the 2 private balconies, each measuring 3 m2. The second bedroom is an interior room without a window, furnished with 2 single beds and a fan. A bathroom on this floor is fitted with a bath, shower, bidet, and WC.
