Villa Lisa holiday home

Villa Lisa is located in a very well-kept summer residential context. It has 2 private accesses to the crystal clear sea 200 meters away which can be traveled by car or on foot, one of which is for exclusive use. The seaside context is rocky with platforms and ladders that make access to the sea easily accessible. Its position is strategic for visiting the north-west coast with its incomparable beaches, but also if you want to spend a holiday full of infinite cultural possibilities. The airport is 15 minutes away by car.
The villa is divided over two floors and has a large garden.
The ground floor consists of a large living area, with fireplace and sofa bed, bathroom and two large terraces equipped with an outdoor table with chairs and sun loungers.
On the first floor you have access to the sleeping area, with two air-conditioned double bedrooms (one with separable beds), with memory mattresses, a bathroom and a closet. A fifth bed is available to add to one of the double bedrooms, and a camping cot for children. Perfectly heated even for winter use, it is also suitable for short stays near the airport (15 minutes)
