Just 1000 meters from the sandy beach between Balestrate and Alcamo, on a small hill from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding hills. In addition to the swimming pool, guests can enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi and large terraces with sofas and tables for communal dining. The large equipped garden with lawn also offers an outdoor kitchen and barbecue.



Due to its central location, this is an excellent starting point to visit the most famous cities of Western Sicily such as Palermo and Monreale (50 km). Other destinations are Segesta with thermal baths and Greek temples, then San Vito lo Capo, Marsala, Trapani and the islands of Egadi and Selinunte (50 km) with the largest archaeological park in Europe. Four of the seven bedrooms have private bathrooms. Another toilet is located in the pool area.
