Hôtel près de Parque Revolución (Guadalajara)

« Brand new hotel in the centro historico. The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are cozy and well decorated. The hotel has a restaurant with a rooftop patio, which is not common in this area. Staff is attentive and very helpful. However, this as nothing to do with the hotel itself but the hotel is located in Degollado Square, which can be sketchy after dawn. Just be careful if you go out or come back at night. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great bedding and pillows. The onsite coffee shop/eatery was so convenient and breakfast was delicious. Neighborhood was pleasant and we enjoyed being in Colonia Americana. Only negative thing was hot water went out for two days. Manager comped us food/drinks at the coffe shop and had the water fixed by the time we arrived back to room »

Superbe vue. Bon déjeuner inclus. »

« Stayed 4 days. Lots to love ...a few things I would love for them to improve. Pros: friendly helpful staff (Nacho!), great location, affordable, clean, beds and shower decent. Cons: Noisy, my room was filled with street noise 24/7, luckily I can sleep through most anything, but if you're a light sleeper, beware. No washcloths, hot water was sometimes intermittent and unpredictable in shower. My least favorite thing was the "blackout" curtains which had large gaps that allowed sun right onto bed...

« Reception were not prepared to give great customer service, they give me another room and after I was installed they asked me to change rooms , that was very unacceptable, zero respect for us , it was there mistake and was very poor the attention to us »
