'You can't find friendlier, more helpful people than staff at the Comfort Inn. Charmaine helped us order pizza. We needed maintenance in our room, the engineer was in our room fixing the problem within minutes. The location is perfect. Having access to Atlantis was the best part, it also i less than 5 minutes to the marina village. We also ate on the on-site restaurant called Cruso's. 'Not the standard we know of Holiday Inn. Rooms are soo small, bed is a Double bed for 2 people. The first room we were given had a broken bed, I had to complain before I was moved to another room. Complimentary breakfast was nice though. Totally not worth the expensive amount I paid. Positive side is that its in downtown and Junkanoo beach is right across the street.'

'Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. '
