« When you walk in the place is nice. However staff was having issues with their system so even though my info was on their computer I still had to fill out paperwork which resulted in me being charged more than what was pre-reserved. The room given had burn holes in the furniture and the pressure in the shower was lower than that of the sink. Overall I would still give them another chance considering the circumstances. »

« When I arrived I had to set in the parking lot for well over an hour waiting for a staff member to show up so I could check in. Then I get to my room to find an extremely outdated room that isn't fit for much more than an hourly rate motel. This is in fact a motel so I wasnt expecting anything great but this was beyond a bad experience this has all the makings of a stephen king novel. »

« The motel was full of characters that came out of the room to look at us as we walked to our room. Maybe it is a rooming house type situation because of the low price? People were actively screaming, slamming doors and playing loud music all night, and the courtyard and rooms are entirely concrete, so very echoey. « Do NOT book a room here! This place somehow had a 6.8 rating and I wasted some of my Key Cash staying at this dump. The room they initially put us in had hair and flakes of something in the bed and on the pillows. A dirty towel was also left in the bathroom. The mini fridge didn't work and the temperature control knob was broken off. The TV also didn't work at all. It wouldn't even turn on. The electrical outlets were also hanging out of the wall and some didn't work. There was no ice available...

« The staff was amazing! The hotel itself needs some work the gym didn’t work nothing did the pool was over chemicaled you couldn’t see the bottom an the hot tub was broke the entire stay which was one of the reasons for booking the hotel »

« Le stric minimum, on a payé pour une chambre avec cuisine, pas de poêle pour cuisiner, juste des casseroles. Chambre grande est confortable. Le personnel en retrait et peu à l'écoute, on a dû redemander 2 fois pour une couette en plus, car la ventilation du chauffage la nuit fait enormement de bruit... finalement on a dû faire avec 3 draps supplémentaires. Petit déjeuner compris... c'est un grand mot, passez votre chemin si c'est votre critere principal. Un jus de fruit, un muffin ou...
