Hot tub was the highlight of the room, room was clean and nicely kept, beautiful view of the mountains, staff was friendly. Only issue I had, is my girlfriend broke her knee skiing (tibial plateau fracture) and I basically had to pack everything by myself, so I called the designated number that was texted to me to request late check out (10:57AM I called), the lady gave me attitude on the phone like it was a crime to ask for late check out. It says no where that I need to request it by “7 or 8AM” like the lady on the phone told me, because her house cleaners would be “mad” at her. Lady, IDGAF about who will be mad at you. We ended up taking our time and checking out around 12:15PM. Also, hotel staff was mopping the floors right outside our room in front of the elevators, she is on crutches and she slipped and ended up injuring the knee again by trying to catch her fall. Not the staffs fault, but a sign would have been nice, notifying others that the floor is wet. Other than that I would definitely stay here again next time I plan another Park City trip. Emily was very friendly (receptionist) and her husband Gary actually gave us a ride to Smith’s one night because we didn’t want to walk (20 degrees outside and no rental car, Uber $20 to take you 800 feet).
