« Chelsea’s condo was clean and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located, steps to the ski bus line. Chelsea is also a responsive host, which I appreciated.In her binder of information (unless the contents were revised since the time of this review) she asked to be notified of any concerns/needs to ensure a 5-star review.However, there were a couple of factors that warrant the rating in this review, and that could not have been remedied on short notice. « Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect...

« Although the location is advertised as a hotel, this is a misnomer as the rooms are individually owned and vary enormously as to the equipemet etc inside, and although the staff at reception are pleasant, it is not the usual welcome of a hotel. « The location is perfect with only a few steps to the bus stop, as parking at the ski resort requires reservations and costs 28 a day if the car has less than four people in it; parking is free with no reservations after 1pm.The room is a short distance to the hot tub, which was perfect after a long day of skiing, but they keep it pretty hot, so after 20 minutes of soaking, we were cooked.A few things could have been provided to make this location more convenient like a kitchen spatula, more...
