Perfectly situated adjacent to the Park City Golf Course and surrounded by scenic mountain trails, Payday Piste Condo offers easy access to summer adventures. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a friends’ getaway, or a peaceful retreat in the mountains, this home provides the ideal base to explore hiking, biking, golf, and the natural beauty of the Wasatch.
Inside, you’ll find an inviting open-concept living space designed for comfort and connection. Relax by the fireplace on cooler evenings, stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV, or gather around for a game night filled with laughter. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing fresh breakfasts or dinner a joy, while the spacious dining area invites everyone to share a meal and conversation.
With three luxurious king bedrooms, each featuring a smart TV (no cable access) and plush bedding, plus a loft with four twin beds and a smart TV (no cable access), there’s plenty of space for families or groups to unwind. After a day of outdoor adventures, step out onto your private balcony and unwind in the hot tub while taking in crisp mountain air and breathtaking summer views—a true alpine luxury.
From your front door, it’s easy to explore Park City’s best dining, boutique shopping, art galleries, and seasonal festivals on Historic Main Street. The surrounding trails and scenic spots make it perfect for hiking, biking, or simply soaking in the summer mountain scenery.

Features of Payday Piste that will keep you coming back year after year:
• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• Perfect Location - on Park City Golf Course and across the street from The Silver Star Lift (please note that we cannot guarantee use of the lift, as the resort controls its operation.)
• Easy access to the FREE Park City transit system - right across the street (Silver Star S Stop ID: 30060)
• Fully remodeled with designer touches throughout
• Free parking for 2 vehicles in the community parking lot with provided parking permits
Main Floor (to access the condo, you will need to go up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)
• Well-organized mudroom is configured with places to store your seasonal sports equipment.
• Secluded king master with en-suite bathroom and smart TV (no cable access).
• Open concept great room is flooded with natural light and offers plenty of space for all your guests.
• Well-appointed and stylishly designed kitchen featuring stainless appliances and open shelving.
• Comfortable bar seating for 2.
• Convenient wet bar with space for the remote worker.
• Substantial dining table offers seating for 8.
• Relax in the living area next to a glowing fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15).
• Private 4-person hot tub on the balcony off the living area.
• 1/2 bath in the main floor great room area for convenience.
Second Floor (2 more small flights of stairs with a landing between)
• Spacious and inviting king master suite with smart TV (no cable access), and en-suite bathroom.
• Another beautifully appointed king guest room includes a smart TV (no cable access).
• 4th (full) bathroom boasts sophisticated styling with a shower/tub combo and is shared by the king guest room and the loft bedroom upstairs.
• Full-size stackable front load laundry appliances are conveniently tucked away in the utility closet.
Third floor/Loft (another 2 small flights of stairs with a landing between)

• 3 charming twin beds nested into custom-built cubbies and one on a frame are perfect for the little ones in the group.

Beau popped in the following day as the coffee machine needed replacing and was so helpful, charming and gave us some great local tips for restaurants etc. The condo is in a great location - easy to walk to the Silver Star gondola. The accommodation was well laid out and gave us and our three teenage children, plenty of space. Kitchen well set up, fireplace was great and the hot tub was a joy at the end of a hard days skiing. Really couldn't find anything to fault! A great stay and we can highly recommend it.”
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - What a great place!. We stayed as a group of eight women and there was plenty of room for everyone. Although the Silverstar lift wasn’t open it was only a short walk to the main lifts. The free bus was also very convenient to get around town and the bus stop was right out front of the condo. The hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. Would love to come back."

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.
3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.
