As you enter the condominium you are ready to RELAX and ENJOY. Everything appears to be inviting for a great Mountain Escape. Relaxing environment, Beautiful wood decor. Step outside onto the balcony and take in a 180 degree view of World Class Deer Valley Ski Resort!

Walk back inside the condo and head down the hall way to THE MASTER BEDROOM which includes a private jetted tub, 1- TV/VCR combo, cable, King size bed. Sitting Area, and plenty of room for personal items. Walk outside the Master Bedroom to the patio and enjoy your very own 7 person hot tub. Walk back in and down the hall to see the:

GUEST BEDROOM which hosts a queen size bed and plenty of space for personal items with a full bathroom just across.

Upstairs in the LOFT features 2 Giant Queen Sized Futons for additional sleeping, 2 blow up queen sized mattresses,linens, etc. Dining for 6, a 3rd Full Bath, plenty of storage,a Gas Fireplace & TV.

Downstairs enjoy the Kitchen, sitting area, gas fire place and a 50 inch flat screen

We are just 1 Minute to the Deer Valley parking lot. 4 minutes to Park City Ski Resort or 7 minutes to the Canyons Ski Resort. The condominium is conveniently located on Deer Valley Drive close to other great attractions, shopping, restaurants, night clubs, etc.

The condo is very conveniently located on the bus route with a great view of the Deer Valley ski slopes. Mark was very responsive to all our questions and needs and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

Perfect Deer Valley Ski Location

The house was just as listed. The bus picks up right out front and you can enter the pickup number to get exact pick-up times. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing.

This condo was a 15 min or less walk from snow park lodge and easy drive to park city Main Street. Hot tub was great and owner was easy to reach. Definitely recommend.

Generously sized condo with all amenities perfectly situated just steps from Snow Park Lodge in Deer Valley. Bus stop to mountain is right outside door but also walkable distance. 2 miles from Main Street in Park City also accessible by bus. Garage fits compact SUV in event of storm.

Our deer valley stay

This was a great vacation and perfect for us girls! Super proximal and convenient to go to snowpark basin or downtown main street. The house has spacious! Nice kitchen and open floor plan. The owner was very courteous and always available. We had issues with fireplace and he sent the maintenance man over immediately! Thanks for a great trip!

The plus of this property: -great location to both mountains -beautiful during Christmas with the lights -hot tub and fireplace for post-skiing -Plenty of space, much larger inside than anticipated -fantastic host that was very responsive The negatives: -no internet the entire stay -outdated inside with issues in downstairs bathrooms (be careful with towel and toilet tissue racks, they will fall off) -fireplace was inconsistent and place is very cold inside

Spectacular view & convenience to the Mountain !

Condo is beautiful, lovely furnishings & fantastic accessibility to the Mountain & Town Park City- shuttle across street. Host needs to make sure hearing system is serviced. We woke up freezing one very cold morning & several guests slept poorly because of this. Master bedroom very drafty & needed us to use additional heater. Host was prompt wit sending service man. Hot tub great
