« Nice rooms in a house close to town. We liked that we could park once and walk in to have dinner or shop. Having a small kitchen was nice as well. Only negative is the bed size. Heads up it’s a full. If you’re used to a queen or king you’ll be cramped. »

However, the outdoors were somewhat dirty with trash laying all around the property (blue plastic pieces, pampers box, etc.) Also, a window was broken upon our arrival Friday at 3:15pm and we were not made aware of this. « Jonathan was very responsive as soon as we booked.We booked Feb15-Feb17th. Liked the fact that the road isn’t labeled so it felt like you were in the middle of no where . We were able to check in early for a discounted rate . Which was really nice !!! Next morning waking up to the snowy mountains was super nice !! « Check in was a self check in which was super convenient for us coming from such a long road trip. The beds were super comfortable, and the house was very clean. Its a brand new house! The host was easy to reach, and the location was nice and quiet away from neighbors which was nice. It was easy to get to Sunday River just over 15 minutes! The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The hot tub was super nice, and firepit as well. »

« Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended! »
