We specifically booked this property because we needed three usable bedrooms for our guests. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had a large amount of black mold visible on the walls, making it unsafe to use.After we reported it, the host sent someone to “clean” the room the next day. However, the mold was still clearly visible afterward. We sent additional photos, but the host argued that the room was clean and safe, despite the obvious mold remaining on the walls. Due to health concerns, we chose not to use that bedroom at all, which meant we did not receive what we paid for.The host refused any partial refund, even though one of the booked bedrooms was unusable.Additionally, while the listing advertises three showers, the hot water system only allows one shower at a time, which is extremely inconvenient for a group.Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to health concerns, misleading amenities, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this property, especially for families or groups needing multiple rooms.
