This apartment deserves a 5 star rating however our experience with the property managers needs improvement. The apartment is large, well equipped, clean and in a good location! Over our two week stay we experienced intermittent issues with the hot water in the shower. Although Checkmyguest initially sent someone the second day, our next contact when it reoccured was not handled quickly. In addition, it was very cold (for Paris) when we arrived and the apartment temperature was not warm enough. Although we made multiple requests for an additional portable heater, we were told after one week by Checkmyguest that the property manager said it wasn't possible to provide one. By this time the temperature outside had warmed up which made the temperature inside the apartment okay so we decided to let this go. If these two issues had been dealt with quickly it would have been a perfect location to stay!
