'Hotel is very nice. Very clean. We could use kitchen, but we just drank tea, plus free breakfast. Room very big, and clean. Even though we had to share bathroom with another room, it was not problem at all. Location is also good 14 minutes walk to the center of the city. Linda also recommended us to visit Lucca, and it was very good city. '

'Le sol de la chambre n'etait pas propre. Aucun parking prévu. C'est dans la rue, dans un quartier peut comode. La taxe de sejour est une arnaque. 3x plus cher que les autres hotels en Italie. Maid très proche de l'embarcation du bateau.'

'Andy and Andrew are perfect hosts, so helpful and friendly. Andy explained everything to us on the map aswell. The room WOW loved it and the decor!! Everyday the fridge was topped up with soft drinks and water, very much appreciated. The breakfast was cooked fresh to order and the variety was very good too. Lots of Christmas markets and an abundance of shops.The Leaning Tower was in walking distance, gorgeous area with so much to see. Thank you for a fantastic stay.'
