'We stayed for six nights - we only planned for four but the staff was so welcoming we added two more. Clean rooms, free snacks and bottled water, coffee and tea. The hotel is on the top floors of retail, restaurants and movie theatres so there’s sometimes a wait but it moves quickly. Shout out to Sping, Jack, Jerry and Tommy for making our stay so comfortable, as well as the housekeeping staff. Definitely recommend.'

'Perfect location in Ximending, near the MRT and 10min walking to Main station. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. We first got a very small and humid room with an unpleasant smell on the 7th floor, fortunately the staff moved us to a room on the 9th floor, which was actually a downgrade because the room did not have windows.
